The Back Office Architect is the Operations and Administrative Consulting arm of Ink With Integrity LLC. Through it, I support small and startup businesses with foundational operations, systems implementation, pre-employment screening coordination, and business formation support. 

I am a compliance-minded operations professional and trusted administrative partner serving professionals and small businesses who need documentation, systems, and processes handled correctly the first time. 

My background spans healthcare administration, nonprofit executive leadership, and organizational capacity building - roles where accuracy, discretion, and compliance were not optional. I have overseen regulatory filings, employee systems, and mission-critical operations in environments where mistakes carry real consequences. Each phase of my career sharpened the skills I bring to my work today: sound judgment, clear communication, structured problem-solving, and a steady presence in high-stakes situations.
